This is pretty with its little white flowers

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I have no idea what it is and to keep it or not.

My philosophy is if you like it-keep it! After all a weed is only an unloved flower!

That is true but is it invasive is one question I have so I know to cut off the seeds before they are everywhere. :)

It looks like White Snakeroot, a very nice plant; http://wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=AGAL5

I think that is it. I will try to get a few pictures of its leaves tomorrow. It sounds like a keeper :)

Is this the same plant? I don't know where it came from...

No it is not the same, but I am not sure what it is, can you post another picture when the flowers are a little more developed?

Interesting... Mine I think is going to open tomorrow. It grew like that, too, really small leaves but a lot of them before it started putting out buds. (In past years with more, ahem, balanced rainfall the leaves were bgger but more spaced.)

I have a smaller one blooming and it looks like a total of 3 of them. I am glad I let it grow to see what it would be as it is really beautiful. I may dig up the smaller one and pot it to trade at the next RU I go to.
