What time of the year does the golden shower tree bloom? Mine is about two years old and ten feet tall, but no blooms.why?

They flower through the hot time/summer. But they do better if they've been kept dry during the dry season/winter.
Same here, they flower at the same time as the Flamboyan, Royal Poinciana, which is the hottest and driest time of the year, May and June.
In Florida they usually bloom spring through mid summer
