you sure this is microspadix? Leaves seem too narrow

Angle and I'd say heavily shaded. It does look to be C. microspadix. I had one of these in the garden for 7 years until a below freezing winter was accompanied with winds. Did well amongst other evergreens for protection.

That's done. For some reason the Chamaedorea microspadix I did have all seemed to be at an angle at ground level ie. grow horizontal and then upright. Thought it was odd.

I looked in several palm books and can't find a single example of one that looks like your plant.
