"Purple Haiku Figs"

This shows a photo.

I've tried looking it up on the Internet, & find "Haiku", but not "Haiku Fig".

Does it appear to be a "Turkey," or, a "Mission" Fig . . . ?

The craiglist poster has removed the picture. I don't remember hearing of any fig by this name but some grow only in CA. . I'd let it go and go to a real nursery near you to find out what figs would be good for you. Black mission is delightful in NC as well as CA. It comes from CA. I also love Celeste, but don't like brown turkey as much. Or look at California Rare Fruit Growers fig article (address below). They will tell you more than you ever wanted to know.
