Is Passiflora loefgrenii x caerulea a valid name?

I'm hoping all of you can help me out. Is Passiflora loefgrenii x caerulea a valid name without a cultivar? I can't find any verification for it but perhaps you know?

Hi Joan,

The name simply reflects the parentage (loefgrenii = mother, caerulea = pollen donor). The breeder probably hasn't registered it as a named hybrid yet. I seen pics and its a nice one.
