A plant nearby Kell( I didnt have me camera) I saw later that day had covered a 8' wall the length of a huge car lot..immense wall of blue flowers. Scary...lol.

It is a scary plant! There used to be a house on Niles that was totally covered! It is so seductively beautiful too, take me home it says.

LOL I just happened upon this photo again and had to agree with you! I still HATE this plant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All over my front yard. It has a brain, it figures out how to escape.

Oh yeah,Its rampant. I'm not sure how to fit that in the landscape- great for covering chain link fence.
I have Algerian Ivy..I cut it to the ground ever spring, I try to do that again in summer. But if I skip? Its trying to crush the wire fence between me and the empty lot next door.
One huge 30 year old mistake!

Always a mistake to plant this. I had it in a pot and it plotted and planned its escape. Impossible to get rid of it. I need to pull my entire front garden now. Shoot. It roots everywhere it touches.
