I have no idea Cheryl, how did it go with your mint experiment?

I think I've seen one of my catalog mail order has ads. for seeds. Fall is time to sow them, if I remember it right.

We didn't use mint, we substituted a water plant from petco and it worked ok. Have you ever seen this plant growing anywhere Josephine?

No I haven't but it sure is pretty.

I agree, wouldn't it make a lovely native ground cover? I don't see many references about growing it other than the NPIN site.

In the PlantFiles, there were a couple of people from the Odessa area that offered seeds for trade. http://davesgarden.com/community/trading/search.php?search_text=PFPID:113355

They were older posts but I think Lhasalover is in Odessa, you might contact her?

Please let me know if you find it, i would like to have some too.

I will, so far no luck but I haven't tried the contacts on here yet. I wonder if anyone has this growing near them?
