Climbing Vine ID

Can someone tell me what this vine is. The flowers are very sweet smelling and it grows everywhere.

I think what you have is Milkweed Vine it is food for monarch butterflies;

Yes I think that is it. It does smell like milkweed plants. Honey like. I thought that maybe it would attract butterflies. I am going to let it twine around the railing on my back deck. It grows even in the drought. What a great plant. Thank you Josephine. I knew you would know what it was....
