Doesn't have the chin coloring described in my bird book, but must be cliff swallow eh? Doesn't really look like the other cliff swallows that I've seen but I don't know what else would have that white forehead. There were also barn swallows around. This was taken in Custer State Park in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Cliff Swallow?
Odd looking couple! Not Cliff, that'd never have that white a face. They make me think most of Tree, but that whitish forehead is odd.
