While driving through south east New Mexico , I saw a lot of orchards with what I think is some kind of nut tree . I can usually spot a pecan from a short distance , but these didn't have the form or shape . Beautiful trees and would like to know what they are . Maybe someone that lives in that area can answer. Thanks
