mikepallies,
I did a little searching around for the variegated version that you have there and found that it is named Commelina communis f. aureostriata.
If you were to do a google search for the name, you will get dozens of results. As for a photo of it, the only one I found on a Google Image search was a photo in forums.gardenweb.com which shows the variegated leaves like you have.
I also found some good info on the variegated form in Wikipedia, Go down to the Taxonomy section and the second paragraph of this page in this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commelina_communis

You could conceivably create a page in the PlantFiles for this form and have your photo moved to there, if you would like?

I found one but mine has more noticeable variegation than yours. It's in the photo gallery here.
