I'll tentatively say Swainson's, but not definite. The brown (not rufous) tail excludes Hermit and Veery. Gray-cheeked is difficult to exclude, but I doubt it would be as far south as you are yet (it breeds much further north; more likely on passage next month).

I was thinking Swainson's too.....I bet the one I put one the Daily thread as a Hermit is really this bird!

Just went and looked and compared to photos I have taken of a Swainson's and Gray cheeked (forgot I had gotten one!) and this bird matches the Swainson's. The Gray-cheeked was taken in October so they pass thru much later. Wish I would have remembered I had those earlier....but thanks for your help Resin!
