Tomato relish question

Does anyone have a recipe for tomato relish made with brown sugar, onion, pineapple, ginger ? my departed DM in L made it and it was heaven on biscuits , pork or chicken . I've tried to make it but havent gotten the ratio of ingredients right yet.
