I'm looking for a stock tank to use as a planter for horsetail reed, but I haven't had much luck. I want to use it up against a wall, so I need an oblong tank, preferably somewhere around 1.5' x 3' to 2' x 4' with vertical sides and as tall as possible. If anyone sees one of these around DFW then please let me know!

Dfwdennis ~ I don't know about your area but I would think if your Tractor Supply store doesn't have them in stock, they should be able order them.
I agree. Tractor Supply would be the place I would check into first as I have seen them in the Canton store in the past.

I live in DeSoto which is 14 miles from Waxahachie. I got a 350 gallon tank 6x4x2 there about 5 years ago from Tractor Supply. I'm one of those "google" people to find a location. I originally had koi, then goldfish but now just plants. Being above ground it gets too hot for fish. This year would have boiled them. You will need a small circulating pump or the water will get nasty. Got mine at Home Depot for about $40 dollars.
