Does anyone know what kind of bird this is

I apologize for not having the best of pictures, but was hoping the edged tail might be a give-away. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am guessing this is a Cedar Waxwing. They will have orange tips on their tail feathers if they eat a certain type of honeysuckle.
