Second Flycatcher ID

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

This one was larger than the last one that I posted, but other than that all the flycatcher look a like to me. Which one is this? I have 4 pics. I think all 4 pics are same bird, but it is possible that the first 2 and last 2 may be different birds.

OK, I have one more pic. This only shows the back of the head but might be a better view of the tail.

Again, tough!

Maybe Acadian? That's the one I'd most expect in TX at the moment as it breeds there, and I'd think it's still a mite too early for others to be moving down on passage from further north.

Actually, I read your note on the last flycatcher and went and listened to them all on the Cornell site. I remember hearing this one and thought that acadian sounded the most like it.

A well-known birder down here was in that park yesterday and said he heard/saw 20+ alder flycatchers. I was hoping to see one. I didn't, but other people have already reported seeing it and olive-sided and least and yellow-bellied in that park today, so I guess I missed the show! I hardly saw any flycatchers at all!

Thanks for your help!
