flycatcher ID

Is this a least flycatcher? I have 3 pics, but this is the best.

And now to the tricky ones! Empidonax flycatchers are seriously difficult, and ± impossible without sound . . . could well be Least, but I'd not be ticking it as a lifer if that was needed!

I just hate it when I get a decent picture and it's still not enough. Next time I'm looking at flycatcher I'll film it! I kind of hate the video on my camera though.
