We went on a birding trip with a local group yesterday. I had the binocs and my husband had the camera. I am going through his pictures trying to ID them with what I knew we saw.
I am suspecting this is a Least Sandpiper or a Pectoral? Can someone help me?
Thank you very much.
CLOSED: Which Sandpiper?
Any more pics, please? Particularly from different angles.
Legs look dark, which counts out both Least and Pec, unless maybe just mud-covered? Bill doesn't look right for either though too, a bit too long for Least and not stout enough for Pec.

I am not sure I have any more of this particular bird. My husband took a bunch of pictures, but I could not see any that looked to be in the same location.
Another sandpiper mentioned was the Semipalmated. There were quite a few sandpipers running about. This was probably the best picture he got of any of them.
Semipalmated is where I was thinking toward, but wouldn't like to say so for definite without more pics.
