CLOSED: Northern Flicker or Woodpecker?

I've had Flickers in the past but wasn't sure about this bird. Can you help me identify it?

This looks like a red-bellied woodpecker to me. The red "mohawk" would not be on a flicker. It would only have the red on back of the head. The flicker also has a black bib on the front.
