Today, I bought a package of 3 "Center Cut Lamb" steaks--imported....
OK! I always shop for bargains.....and this was approaching the sell by date by 2 days and was 30% off.
NOW! How do I fix anything Lamb????? I have never done it!
Asked the meat Man at the store--and all he said was to treat it as I would any steak. Hmmmm....
I don't think that this will do.
Can any of you give me some concrete suggestions???? ASAP!!!!
Seems lamb has a peculiar taste--or so the Meat man said.....

--What veggies would you use with lamb cuts?
--Would you fry it? Braise it? Grill it? Bake it? WHAT?
--would you do it with a gravy? What kind?
Honestly! I do not think I have ever eaten lamb before.....HELP!!!!!
