on top of everything else now hubbie called me at 4:45 this morning. He almost got to work and the transmission went out in his car ugh. He had to walk the rest of the way. Just what we needed!!!
I guess I really shouldn't complain, the car is 10 yrs old and have never had to put a dime in it other than tires, wipers you know basic maintanance. Just very bad timing.
Oh and while I am harping when a big T Storm came through in the afternoon on the Aug 1 our DirecTV went out. I have been without TV for 11 days. I have been dying of boredom at night since Hubbie goes to bed at 8:30. They are supposed to be here sometime today. I can't believe that was the quickest appointment we could get. I have never had such poor service from them. I thought the new shows were on ABC, CBS, & NBC. All I have seen is very old movies and stuff from when I was very little, you know Black & White shows Highway Patrol and Sea Hunt

OMG Donna!! Geez, you can't seem to get a break at all these days!! When it rains it sure does pour! I hope things turn around for you soon..
oh and forgot about the riding mower too. 2 weeks ago the transmission went out in it. They put in new one and there was no reverse. They still haven't figured it out yet so no mower either other than push mower and we have way to much yard for that. He will mow just by the house and the rest will have to wait.
