Agreed with Dana, such beautiful collection you've gotten there. Pam are your plummies planted in the ground, or do they require freeze protection there in your climate?

Gorgeous!!! I have one, but it's a baby, it might bloom next year but not expecting anything this year. Pushing for roots and growth on mine, not blooms.

Hi Lily, Most of my plants are in pots. I do bring them in the garage over the winter, even though we may only get 1 night of freeze. I do have about 10 in the ground, and if it is cold, i wrap them with christmas lights. I do have 2 large ones in pots and I can not put in the garage, so I wrap them in the lights also. Just a note on that though, I did loose some tips on the large potted plants, but not the ones in the ground, even with the lights. This last year was unusually cold, but about to 35-37 degrees, not necessarily freezing...

Pam, thank you for your reply. It's wonderful that the climate is suitable for plumerias with some precautionary care given. Thanks for sharing those gorgeous blooms with others via DG.
