Keeping kitties from pooing in my garden

I love all animals and we all have our preferences and mine is dogs, so this is not a condemnation to any, However, I hate it that the neighbor cats keep pooing right under my living room window. I am very very VERY sensitive to cats and their poo smell just makes me nauseated .
SO...... what the heck can I do to keep them out of my flower beds and from pooping in my yard?
HELP ME PLEASE ! ! !
Now I love little kitties and to all of you cat owners this is not directed at you. I just wish that the cats would poop in there own yard. I clean up dog poo but Cat poo is rank... sorry....and the smell that drifts into my living room window just make me sick.
