CLOSED: I.D. Please

I can't tell the species on this bird. There's a tinge of yellow in the feathering and the orange in the bill has me baffled. Could this be a Western Tanager?

These two look like the same as the previous photo.

Juvenile something, not sure what! But I'm thinking the wrong bill shape for a tanager.
