I had one of those times today that really make me glad I have chickens.. I let the Seramas out and my grampa Serama is so funny.. sometimes he is like those clown punching bags that you can knock over and they get right back up.. LOL They were so happy to get out and roam around.. A few of the girls even let me pick them up!
Then to watch the young teen roos get some free room to run around and they get into "stealth" mode with their heads down thinking they are really flyin.. just fast walking across the run. LOL So fun to watch tonight!
I also had a fun time with the hummingbirds.. I changed the syrup cause it was cloudy.. and just looked gross.. when I came back, this hummer is there and it stops short and stares at the feeder.. stares at the feeder.. then almost flew upside down staring at the sprinkler I had just turned on.. I had to crack up... I couldn't hold it in another second.

I love times like that. Sometimes it just seems everything comes together, no cares, just intrigued by something you love. Hope tomorrow brings some more of it...Hay
Thankz Haystack... I finally got to take my pickup to the shop.. I am so hopeful that this nightmare will finally be over with that vehicle.
I plan to go spend some good time with the chickens this afternoon when it cools off.. I've got scraps from cooking and canning... can't wait!! :)
