Need advice on flea meds for cats also sources.

We just got an order in of Frontline Plus from PetCareRx of 6 applications for $83.00. I think that is high.

I have been looking online in the last few weeks and saw where some places advise buying dog Frontline and then splitting the dose for your smaller cats to save money. They supply you with the means to do that.

I also found a site called BudgetPetCare http://www.budgetpetcare.com/products.aspx?id=4&product=frontline_plus that has it much cheaper. The 6 dose of cat Frontline Plus is only $50. But then I saw some had complaints that the company did not send them their orders after being paid. Has anyone dealt with them?

Any thoughts on splitting the dog dose for cats?

Any other cheaper sources?
