That is my favorite medinilla. I tried to grow some from seeds once but did not have any luck.
Thank you "ardesia"....I just got her and is my first one. Love her crystal look petal when its open. Hope I don't kill her!

Just found it in a local nursery. I know what it is so I snag that along with M. miniata. Miniata is small so no flowers there. I am looking for M. cominsii too. I already have a magnifica, she is blooming right now.
Oh dear, we want that one too. :-)
Why don't my local nurseries ever have cool plants like that????

I have that one, the scortcheii (?), and another, but I really want the lalique. Most of all I want the red one, but I can't find that one anywhere.
