I have a recipe for chicken won ton soup that I want to try, never done won ton wraps before. The won tons are ground turkey with an egg, some water chestnuts, ginger, green onions, salt and soy sauce.
The broth calls for chicken stock, slices of ginger root, bok choy and carrots.
I have SO much tomato base in the freezer that I'd like to use up. Will it taste weird if I use half tomato soup base (roasted garden tomatoes pureed with the immersion blender) for the chicken stock?
Thanks folks...............any other ideas for using up tomato soup base?
