Looks to me like that one has opened already a long time ago and is finished. If it got pollinated, it should have ripened up by now (September to July). So It is a wonder why it is still there!

The part leaf shown at the bottom of the photo looks like a Syngonium. My Syngoniums produce lots of flowers/spent flowers like that. Haven't noticed any produce any seed, not that I've looked though. They're very invasive as is without producing seeds.
