How big should they be before I harvest them? I have been harvesting mine when they are pretty tiny and they have seeds in them. They taste good but I would like to eat them bigger. I'm not sure how big is too big though.

yes, they are really small.
I grew them once and I found out that also are too small ...
Mine were maybe 3/4" x 3" ... that'all !
I like larger Eggplants.
Darn. I started to plant a second crop but I think I will go with the commoner larger eggplant.
