This bird is hurt and I want to try to help it. I need to know what kind of bird this is so I know how to take care of it. Please help me.

Cliff Swallow; looks like a juvenile that's fallen from its nest a day or two too early.

Diet: small insects (not easy to supply - definitely a job for a licensed rehabber!).
