Yesterday I dug an 18" square of my spreading artemesia for another trader from another site. I sent an email to let her know that I would be sending it out on Monday and she has had a change of heart. So anyone out there want some?
It is invasive but it you have a spot that you need to choke something out this is it. I didn't see anything in the database for it but it is similiar to Silver Mound. The biggest difference is this spreads, Silver Mound doesn't spread nearly as much.

Nope - Mine is all white/silver year round. It is now plumy like your picture at the end of the stalks. Wish I had a camera to post a picture. I'll start looking for one.
