need recipes to freeze for in-laws

I have some recipes that I know freeze well, but am looking for more. My mother-in-law will be 87 tomorrow and my father-in-law is 91. They still live at home, but I know MIL just isn't up to cooking much, so I'd like to give her a list of meals that I will deliver frozen so they will have choices available rather than what we take over periodically - should have been doing this for a while. I just don't know what all freezes well. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
