This little bird didn't sit still for long. Had a very erratic flying pattern, flew a straight line but erratic, like he kept losing altitude every couple of feet.
I know it isn't the best shot but I've seen y'all id a bird with less :)) so I thought I'd give it a try.

It's a Red-eyed Vireo. I considered Philadelphia Vireo, but this is definitely Red-eyed.

Tricky, but I think I'd favour Philadelphia, as the head pattern is fairly weak, and the bill fairly small. Red-eyed has a heavier bill and strong head pattern.
