Flycatcher?

Hubby took these pics at his workplace. He said bird was very hard to photograph. would not be still......Anyone know what it is?.Iit was catching insects on the wing.

It's a Western Kingbird. He took this when the sun was fairly low in the horizon, which makes the birds colors look off, but the white along the outer edge of the black tail tells the story.
