I have to drive 25 miles for my feed and sometimes I need to go to another town so I want to buy my feed there so I don`t have to make another trip,do any of you alternate you brands of feed and do the chickens mind?It would all be good quailty feed.
Do you need to feed the same brand of feed all the time?
We don't always use the same brand. There are a couple of different feed stores we get feed from depending on who is closer at the time.
Just makes common sense to me to do what suits you, My girls are a little spoiled, but I never seek their counsel on where I should shop, or what brand I should buy...Hunger will always win out...LOL...Have a great day all...Hay

mine have a fit. I have to order Flock Raiser and if it doesn't come in I get Layeana and mix it with what ever Flock Raiser I have left. All they do is scratch it out on the ground and eat the Flock Raiser. I have tried Gamebird Chow and other stuff as well but no go!!! Do you think they are spoiled???
