Update: Canine w/ Neuro Issues / PalmBob

I want to thank you for your suggestion about video taping my dog having an episode. I finally received an iPod Touch with video capabilities and was able to capture what we were seeing on video. Now the doctor understands what I meant and why I didn't think it was a seizure. At this point we are changing course and looking into Cushings.

Also kind of interesting is that the video helped me see something else - he has more episodes than first thought and they seem to occur when nothing "interesting" is happening:
The videos were filmed when my Dad was brushing his teeth, taking his morning pills and preparing a cup of coffee. They also happen when he's sitting on the couch while we are watching TV. However for the 2-3 hrs we were at the beach yesterday, whenever we go for walks or when he's playing with his toys there aren't any episodes.

Although we are headed in what I feel is the right direction I plan to keep video taping each episode.
