Whatever it is, it's cropping up in all the wrong places. =( I've been carefully removing it but making little progress. I've added a few more photo links in hopes of ID'ing this critter.

Plz help IDIs this Poison Sumac?
I can't tell you what it is, but it isn't Poison Sumac. The Sumac leaves are entire and pointed, not toothed as your plant. I don't know much about Southern plants.
