Or cole slaw? There was an article recently on the Eatocracy website about 'How Do You Like Your Slaw'....it's here: http://eatocracy.cnn.com/2011/06/15/rule-of-slaw/?iref=allsearch - a fun read.

So....how do YOU like your slaw? DH refuses to eat anything with mayo so I make mine with vinegar and oil, chopped hot peppers, finely diced celery, dill, some cumin, salt and pepper.
