What a lovely photo! I am in Northern Baltimore County, MD and have only seen a tulip tree moth once before and it was in Fallston. I need to start searching for caterpillars now on the Tulip trees at my school.

Thank you! I leave my front porch lights on all night, which attracts all manner of beautiful creatures. This year I had 5 Luna moths show up, and they are gorgeous!!! I had a male Tuliptree moth show up a few years ago with shredded wings, poor baby. This is a female.
Hope you find some.
