Anyone having success on growing potatoes in straw in the midwest? There's a long post on growing potatoes in the south and warmer climates but I'd be interested in how Midwesterners are doing with growing potatoes this year and how you're growing them. In containers, under straw, grass, leaves? What's your favorite and most successful way of growing potatoes?
