Is this a Red-shouldered Hawk?

I am far from an expert (especially hawks), so hope someone comes to confirm this. I was looking through my Sibley's. Looking at the top picture, I wonder if it is a Broad-winged hawk. I am judging this based on the tail markings.

Yep, Broad-winged, and yep, the tail pattern is the most useful character
