CLOSED: Flycatcher?

My internet is flaky right now, but I will see if I can get this posted.

We've been struggling with this bird. These pictures were taken mid-May and think it's a migrant as we've not seen any since. We first thought it was a ruby-crowned kinglet, but learned they do not perch upright very often and are very flighty.

Thank you for any help. Hope to get more pictures up soon.

Sorry too blurry to tell for sure. You may well be right with Ruby-crowned Kinglet for #1, while #2 might be one of the Empidonax flycatchers, but far from sure on that.
