Note to self: Do not wade into the comfrey with bare feet after it has flopped. So, share your home remedies for bee stings. I soaked immediately in vinegar, scraped where I thought the stinger might be (hard to tell on my blackened foot), then coated with honey. Seemed to do the trick.

Meanwhile, should be a good raspberry year - they are absolutely covered with bees. As opposed to the cherries, which are noticeably skimpy. I think we were going through one of many cold spells when they were blooming.

baking soda paste is a good pain remedy for immediate relief.

Ouch, for sure. My cherries are a little on the lean side this year, too.

This morning, can't even see where the sting was. Not sure if it was the vinegar or honey, but something worked.
