I would like to identify this tree native to St. Vincent

Canouan Island, Saint Vincent & Grenadines

Tree is small, rather spindly and is mostly identified by its seed pods which open to brilliant red with white, shiny seeds. Locals call it a sausage tree, but it is not the sausage tree of Africa. The bark of the tree is rather "spotty" white and brown.

Can you show the whole plant. Leaves. Flowers?
