Hi everybody! Got some new chickie pictures. Had one of my boys start crowing on Tues. It was funny because it wasn't like a normal crow. Our neighbor has one that crows quite a bit so he does the cocka-doodle-doo type of crow. My Easter Egger did sorta a errrrrrrr type. Here is a picture of the culprit. He is not the one I thought would start first (I thought it would be one of the ones that fight each other) but he is a good calm fella.

The one on the left is my male Faverolle and the others are New Hampshires, Wyandottes, in the back is an EE.
This one has a male and female wyandotte...I'll let everyone guess which one is which.

Here is my shadow. She follows me around in the coop. She thinks I am going to give her some treat....and she is usually right. She is my female faverolle.
This is one of my New Hampshires. Poor thing has goobered up toes on one foot, but she gets around fine. She must have broke her toes in the cage she was in before we got her.
This one is of one of my blue laced red wyandottes. She(at least i think its a she) has really nice coloring.

I think I have 12 females and 9 males. Not too bad for a straight run pick.

Those blue laced birds are really eye-catching, but I like the sweet face on your "shadow."
one of my poor little black mottled d'uccle roo's keeps getting stepped on . he stays right under my feet now that it is blue berry season. He expects some every time I go into the yard, they all do

I'm enjoying seeing the pics of the Faverolles, since mine just look like yellow fluff with faces. Porkpal, those faces are why I wanted them so much :)
They're so pretty! Yes, that is pretty good odds for a SR order, yay for you and your chicks! First attempts at crowing crack me up. They get the hang of it pretty fast and then practice it nonstop for a while LOL. I really miss the sound of crowing. Enjoy them!
