Thank you all.
Xeno.

Cedarhome, WA(Zone 8b)

Very intriguing flower, and good to go for my zone. I don't think I've ever seen one before, must check out nurseries. I especially like the darker ones.

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

It's a desert native tree bonehead and fairly fast growing. Very low water use. Perfect for desert environments. It's pretty easy to find at nurseries here so hopefully you are able to find one to try. We had way colder than normal temps this winter and the smaller trees at our church never even skipped a beat with several nights at or below freezing.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Such a pretty photo! I love it.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

wonderful bloom!!

Victoria, TX(Zone 9a)

Lovin it! I can't believe I have never heard of this tree. An instant add to my wish list. Especially in my climate!

Hanceville, AL(Zone 7a)

Georgeous. They remind me of Gloxinia blooms.

LaSalle, Ontario, Canada

Wow, sure wish we could grow those here in Ontario!!!
