Hello.
I currently have four Christmas Cacti, each in its own small pot. I am thinking of mixing them all together into one or two larger pots. My question is this: Is it okay to mix colors all in one pot? The species all look very similar. I have never seen them in bloom, but I know that I have 3–4 different bloom colors. (In fact, I inadvertently mixed the cuttings up way back when I first got them, so it's gonna be potluck no matter what.)
Any suggestions?
Schlumbergera — Christmas Cactus mixing?
As long as the pots are big enough to fit two plants it'll be fine--they'll need similar water, light, fertilizer, etc and that's the key factor you need to consider.
