Hibiscus show in La

Next Sunday, May 15th there will be a show & sale at:
Cathedral Carmel School Gym
848 St John St ( Corner St John & Versailies Blvd)
Lafayette, La

Anyone in uniform or have military ID (active or inactive) will receive a free 1 gallon hibiscus...no purchase necessary.
Too far for me to drive but thought those of you close enough would like to go. Am sure they will be selling the Cajun plants from Dupont's. If any of y'all are lucky enough to attend please let us know about the show & sale. The closest I've come to one is seeing the results on the internet. But........someday I know I will get to attend one of them.

Thanks Judy. My grandaughter's high school graduation is this weekend in the opposite direction. I am about a 1 hr drive from Lafayette. Doubt the DH would like to go on a road trip.

On May 29, 2011, there is the American Hibiscus Society, New Orlean's Chapter's Annual Show at the Ursuline Academy in Uptown New Orleans. It is always a pleasure to attend that show.
