How viable are brugmansia seeds?

Princeton Junction, South Korea(Zone 6a)

I received a packet of NOIDS from a trade a 2 years ago which I just discovered yesterday. Are the seeds still viable? They were collected fresh at the time they were sent. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

The germination rate will go down and it may take longer for some of the seeds to germinate, but if you are patient, you should get some popping up.

pink - use bottom heat if you can! I had seeds that were several years old (found them after moving this past year) I found the bottom heat really helped - used a tray with seed starting mix and kept the bio dome top on with just a crack (too much moisture built up from using the bottom heat) however, after 2 weeks they started germinating like crazy and at 4 weeks I removed the bottom heat...hope this info helps :)

Put a little hydrogen Peroxide in the warm soak water ...it helps.
Good luck!

Thank you all for the helpful info! I was doubting that they'd sprout, but I am crossing my fingers that I'll get at least 1 out of the 5 seeds in the pacekt to sprout.
